Great movie
. I can relate to the girls mother, I had an adopted mother who was just like her. I saw this movie years ago and cried through out the whole movie. Finally had the courage to see it again and my response was different. I've healed. Thank you

Intense in truth and emotion
This is a movie that digs into human relationships and family to find the truth that is wrapped like an octopus in guilt around parents and children... in particular the mother. Sometimes the truth some do not want revealed but as life happens, it will be. Truth cannot be hidden forever.

Like water for chocolate...ok
It's a good watch but I wasn't pleased with the format...it was in a box couldn't see the whole picture.

This was not as good as people review it to be..
Movie was slow and aside from the main character being known as a good cook by her family not much cooking scenes... Wasted my money on this!
