At first, I thought the tool was used due to no bag for the tool. Milwaukee tools tend to have clear bags for the tools inside the box but this one didn't. So I searched online and watched several unboxing videos and none of them had bags upon opening. So the tool is new. Would buy from seller again. Had the Gen1 stubby but this is has twice the amount of torque. Worth the upgrade.
