I may be able to have it fixed- I don't know but I am not pleased with it. It is too much trouble to return as the reel is otherwise in good shape. As I worked in a theater I immediately suspect a problem when I see tape! I will give the seller positive feedback as he probably didn't know about such things and otherwise things went well.
