Non-GE OEM but working fine
Item received is not in GE package. Instead it's from Mabe Mexico. Although Mabe is a GE joint venture, I wouldn't call this a GE OEM part as it does not carry GE's brand value. From a practical standpoint, this item is missing water line guard, which can be found in a real GE OEM valve. Other than the above, things worked as expected.

Corrected my Issue
My 5 yr old refrigerators water dispenser stopped working. After changing the filter, it still did not work. After finding a YouTube video showing the water inlet valve as the possible issue.
