Awesome Cap
I bought this cap because I was installing a decently powered system in a small car (17 nissan versa note) so I knew the charging system would be working hard and would likely have dimming issues and all the bad that comes with high current draws. Running a Soundstream 2500 mono amp (1250rms) and a 200watt rms 4ch amp. pushing 2 massive audio Sumo84s @1ohm in a ported 2.5cft box. hits extremely hard, no one believes I have 2-8's. the cap works Awesome!! no dimming, no rpm drop on bass hits no nothing!! I'm running 2 gauge wire to it also upgraded cars charging n ground wires to 2 gauge and added a couple extra grounds to the car. Buy this cap, you will be happy with it. I've been in to car audio since the 90s done many installs, custom builds etc. Take it from some one with experience, this cap does what it says and works like a champ. yes 10farad is more than I needed, but for the price might as well. it's ....OK!
Yes,it is Chinese-made,but it works. Easy install with the supplied Allen wrenches. I like the terminals!!!! That is the main reason that I bought this one. Other ones make you feed the wire into a hole and crush it into place.Terrible connection.Choose the size of wire you want-I used 6 G. welding cable.Copper terminal ends. The supplied terminal ends are a ferrous metal of some kind.Not so good. It's really pretty and looks good.The voltage display is great. When I short the (+) to the signal/switched terminal,I can see the voltage rise slowly during charging up. When I disconnect the voltage source,the voltage inside the cap slowly goes back down. Came FAST, works GREAT!

Power and looks
This thing can handle a lot of power and look good doing it. The blue LED's that light up the device match my amps LED's and make everything look more professional. I was told by my audio car install guys that my 6000watt amp was going to be too powerful for my stock battery and alternator to run, but as soon as I installed this capacator my voltage went to a solid 14.5 and never dips, even when running dual 15" subs on full volume none stop.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Reliable Cap!
