Contacted the seller about the condition, explained the issue and sent photos of the spots. Seller claimed to be unable to read the email or see the photos. I sent a copy of the email to myself and it came thru fine. Then the seller refused to communicate any further and only issued a refund when I escalated it to eBay. Do not buy from this guy!
