Everything else, including the Ultegra Di2 groupset and overall condition, matched the listing accurately. Shipping cost is reasonable. The shipping time was impressively fast. The packaging was exceptional, very secure and well-protected. I’m satisfied with the purchase despite the frame year discrepancy. Good listed value, beware of high duties/taxes(US buyer). I’d recommend this seller.

If there’s anything to improve, it would be the response time in chat, which can be a little slow—I’d like to see that improved. Overall though, this is a very good and trustworthy
