Good phone
This is my third 9380, it's compact does everything I need without the snob factor of latest other brand. Last one died of cracked screen, not product fault. First one used to constantly reboot / reload software, which was a real pain, I would go to answer a call and it would block me while it 're booted for couple of minutes. Not what I expected
The battery life proved to be very short and I always had to carry a spare battery. Too often it would switch out of mobile mode due to a low battery It is too easy to delete an entry from the phone-book but it is as good as a very old Blackberry I used to own a decade or so ago. Good phone ....
I've tried several makes of phone, but I always come back to the BlackBerry. I like it as it's fuss free and no gimmicks to wade through. It's lightweight and fits into a pocket quite nicely.
