8 years of Rinnai
I purchased a Rinnai tank less commercial hot water system 8 years ago. I thought it would hold up better than one that was residential. The unit stopped working about two weeks ago. I bought a new Digital Remote Control but that was to no avail. It was all plastic and did not look to be a substantial product. So we disconnected the two wires on the old one and plugged in the new one. While the new remote worked, the unit was still didn't. I called my plumber and he looked at it and said the whole unit was shot. I did some research and found the Rinnai had some PVC parts and other parts that would not stand up to constant use. Great Product
Great product and should be purchased with every Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. I have three in my house and it is great to be able to adjust the water temp with just a touch of a button.
