Of its time
Production values and technical standards in vision and sound have moved on quite a bit since these pieces were produced, but that is only to be expected. And some of the dialogue and characterisations would raise an eyebrow among the "wokeness " and political correctness of the twenty-first century. But these are good and entertaining tales from an earlier and in some ways better era and they stand the test of time pretty well, all things considered.
