For use in the summer months
I have bought this product before from another online platform. I compared price & ebay was cheaper by $5. I take 2 capsules before I go on a run & when I'm training for a half marathon, I take 2 capsules every 45 minutes. Florida is hot & humid during the summer and taking this product when I'm out running prevents heat exhaustion, muscle cramping, and loss of minerals & salt. Highly recommend it!

Cramps are a thing of the past...
When walking for exercise, my legs would cramp up frequently, and I was advised by my friend to try a product he had been using. I hadn't heard about it before, but I gave it a try. Well, I haven't had any leg cramps since using the product. I very happy to have learned of it.

It is good!!!
It's a good product. It helps me to get better performance in triathlon (70.3 miles). I also use it for long distance training (cycling and running).

For Low Blood Pressure&Those Who Easily Dehydrate
Purchased for high schooler who runs Cross Country and seems to dehydrate faster than others. Some folks dehydrate quicker than they should. Gatorade and Power are are loaded with sugar. Bought these to replace electrolytes and they are great! Also wonderful to assist with low blood pressure. Worth the price.

Best for long runs!
I joined 42KM Marathon for the first time and also my first trying this product. I finished marathon w/o any cramps. Before I had cramps when I joined 21KM.

Good electrolyte replacement product
Replaces electrolytes lost from body due to high outside temperatures, past sunstroke issues, athletic events. I don’t leave home without this product.

salt caps Don't take much space wen running fit anywhere
The salt cups are good electrolytes for running i take 2 for 10 miles ...feel very good

Great electrolyte replenishment
For me they are better than Gatorade. I take one about 30 mins before going out in the Naples Florida sun/heat for yard work, car work etc.
