  • Variety that's delicious, nutritious and incredibly easy to make

    I first came across this book online when looking for a crispy tofu recipe. The site had some suggested pairings, like Thai peanut sauce- which I'm into. This book is perfect for me because I am newly vegetarian and due to inflammatory issues I don't eat sugar or fried food. I am a professional cook, but even I run out of ideas. This brings the variety. The recipes are easy to whip up with ingredients I can pull right from my pantry, for delicious and hearty meals. Kate also provides a list of her favorite ingredients, that she uses frequently- very helpful at the grocery store!

  • Wonderful cookbook!

    I have a collection of vegetarian cookbooks and love the format of this one. It will be a favorite, I can tell. I lean towards the vegan side, but am not vegan. I love the flexibility with each recipe and the tips about what works and what doesn’t. I highly recommend it!
