Really well packed, got as described, only small error was the seller didn’t tell me the watch band was basically galvanised on, and couldn’t be removed, but not a problem, used a hammer to remove it. Great product and great price overall
Bought this from Electroshop and it came in today. Straight out the box and looks brand new. I use it for the PC and after downloading some third-party software managed to get it fairly optimised to running on it with haptic feedback, which is fairly nice. Buttons and joysticks feel smooth and overall a great product for a decent knock off the MSRP.

For PC users: comfortable, great build quality. Won't change your gaming experience much
I'm using this as a PC controller only. It's comfortable, has good battery life, the design is sleek (though not as sleek in person as it looks online). To be honest, not a huge upgrade from the DS4 controller in terms of comfort, not really worth the price to upgrade from DS4 unless your controller has some issue like mine did and you need a new controller. The analog sticks feel more accuraet but that may only be because of differences in how much wear and tear the different controllers have. Its an OK controller, not quite up to the hype of how comfortable and aesthetic it is. Mostly equal to DS4 controller imo in terms of comfort and input (i.e. usage with a pc), although the build quality is much higher - my DS4 creaks and bends when you put pressure on it, this one feels solid and ... Obviously if you have a PS5 and games that use the more advanced haptic feedback and the controllers thats a diferent story though.

Overall good quality it has one small issue the left joystick is not working well. You have to put some power to get a response. Not fun when you want to run in most games.
