The record was poorly packaged, which resulted in one corner of the packaging being crushed during transport, now the cover of the record has a large crease on one of the corners. Additionally, the vinyl has a large scratch on one side. 1. Why is a vinyl record not packaged better? 2. Why is the scratch not mentioned in the item description and visibly included with a photo in the offer.
