Amazing cookbook
I first purchased my copy in 1995, I bought this copy for a good friend of mine. This is hands down one of the best Thai cookbooks I ever encountered, amazing and most importantly authentic recipes. Great Thai Cookbook!
This cookbook has the most authentic Thai cooking recipes. My mother, a native of Thailand, read and reviewed the recipes in this book to verify that the ingredents, names and instructions were correct.
