The Cd was packaged with great care ( double bubble wrapped with a plastic protective envelope ) I was surprised to receive this package earlier than expected (4days earlier) considering the distance between us. This is a good business & is highly recommend. Non ho ancora ascoltato tutti i cd, ma dall'aspetto non riscontro difetti. Il pacco è stato spedito subito dopo il mio ordine, ovviamente i tempi di arrivo sono stati un po' lunghi per le soste in dogana. Se acquistate dall'Italia tenete in considerazione i costi di importazione. Venditore serio e consigliato.

The first time I ordered, there was an accidental mixup and the wrong plushes were sent (Sanei 2024 Sonic and Shadow instead of the Generations prize plushes). However, we were able to work out an agreement to a partial refund so that neither side would need to deal with the cost/hassle of an international return. I also reordered, and the correct plushes were sent this time. All plushes were in brand new condition as described. Thank you.
