Fabulous Cookbook!! ( from someone who has many, many of them )
This book was just what I was looking for after having found a particular bread recipe online that referenced this book. I couldn't find it anywhere else but on ebay. Loaded with tons of recipes that are well catagorized, have explicit, easy- to-follow instructions with demonstrations and beautiful pictures, this book is much more than what I had originally hoped for. This would make a wonderful present for beginners as well as experienced cooks, (me) as it has a lot of information to offer in understandable terms!! The Gold Standard= Buy it!!
I love to cook! This is THE BEST COOKBOOK! It has all of the basics and much more. I've bought copies for 2 of my children for presents, so they will stop calling to say" Mom, how do you make...." Great original cookbook

Best on the market!
I LOVE this cookbook! Bought this one to replace my old one, which was a first edition and only had 3 rings (was getting worn out and pages were tearing.)
