False notifications. Waiting all day multiple times for EVri. Be aware that DHL , Hermes and EVri are one company ! Seller not at fault as they ship to the eBay hub only. From there, it’s down to eBay which shipping company they use. It was DHL but they handed the package to Hermes and that’s where the trouble started. Truly awful service from DHL / Hermes /EVri.
