    Wake yourself up!

    Time to take responsibility for your emotional, physical and spiritual well being! Echart is the teacher to start your journey to better place! You dont have to wait until death or a future date to find a better place! I cant recommend a better teacher..echart reads his own audio books and i find both written and audible combined with free you tube videos to be very helpful. Add eckhart to 1 hour of you day for 30 days and see if you can notice a difference:)

    I Love it but you might not

    I will preface my review by saying that these type of books are generally very polarizing: either you love it because the message speaks clearly to your heart, or you're compelled to prove it inaccurate because it does not. Having said that, I truly love this book because it has the special ability to always put me in that state of amazement whenever I read it. I have read it beginning to end, but I really use it to help me enter the 'now' by reading just a few passages. For me, it does not matter which passage, I can literally open any page and read a few lines, and I am there. Even thinking about this book relaxes my mind and puts me in that state. For that, I consider it very special. This is probably the 5th or 6th copy I am buying, because I keep giving them away. I don't claim that ...

    Poignant and Deep

    Got a great deal in this wonderful book. I wasn't in place to be able to understand and enjoy the content in previous years, however; I am deeply enjoying it now. I am really learning a lot.

    The power of now is NOW

    Recommend by my close friend Denise. My Father passed away May third after a five year battle with Dementia. This book was such a good read and is definitely helping as I go through the grieving process.

    Life is more than just a positive side.

    It features ideas/strategies relating to the concept of focusing on the moment. To accomplish the goal, one has to identify the positive concept and acknowledge its value as it occurs. When one identifies that moment, sensitivity to that event occurs, it is recognized, and replicated t throughout your day. Looking for moments of positivity becomes and valuable process and goal. Small, apparently insignificant events rise to a more conscious level of thought. And the acknowledgement begins once more. Looking for, identifying, searching, and promoting the positive becomes how an individual navigates one's everyday life. Each of these "now" moments fill the space of our lives and attract us to that NOW moment.
