Product Information

Xbox-equipped living rooms get Unreal in 2002. This multiplayer-oriented first-person shooter has been built from the ground up for state-of-the-art performance on Microsoft's Xbox, using Epic Games' latest Unreal technology. The game has been developed to bring across key elements of the favorite PC series while adding new features and aspects of play just for this decidedly console-based release. <br><br>Weapon distribution is more straightforward, allowing players immediate access to the guns they've "unlocked" instead of forcing them to search the hallways for spawn points. An energy bar rises with consecutive kills and powers-up the player's character when full. The game's control scheme is also custom designed for the console, using both analog sticks and context-sensitive movement and aiming.<br><br>Several modes of play are available, including a single-player tournament. Realizing the importance of multiplayer options to the series, Unreal Championship supports online connections through the Xbox's broadband equipment. Four-player split-screen matches are also an option, as well as direct console-to-console "LAN" parties.

Shipping was fast as could imagine, item was mostly as described, and the value was great. Packaging was questionable, but when youre shipping pretty much used items theres no telling what damage if any was from the packaging. Fast responses, good seller.

Sent in a generic padded envelope. No corner protection. Shipping was decent. Considering the holidays. The one thing Im kind of bummed about is that there is a fold on the cover. I honestly overlooked it in the post pictures. And seeing the item was described as very good, I took it as outside was near mint condition. Over all hair with the purchase. Great negotiation with Phazon. Fair pricing. Very tentative to bids. Would purchase from again. Recommend seller.

This classic console version of UT2003 still quenches your UT thirst!
Ok so everyone knows that unlike Unreal Championship 2, the original Unreal Championship is essentially a full port of the original version of Unreal Tournament 2003 for PC. Of course that means there will be many things missing, right? In this case no, the game plays almost identically with 2003 with the added benefit of aim assist while using the xbox controller. The controls are excellent and very customizable, as well as the majority of the game. It is in some ways altered from the original. Different menu music and layouts and there are maps added that fit better for up to 8 players than ones that were made for 12-16 in the PC version. Other than that, honestly everything in 2003 and more is on here. Characters have unique stats for their agility, accuracy, tactics, and max health in ... This however can be disabled via a mutator called competition mode so every player is on equal footing. For its time, the graphics and sound are on point. If you are playing original xbox games than I assume you like the level of detail in that generation, and this game was one of the first true winners of the entire sixth generation of consoles. Playing feels like you are fighting for first or worst in a sport more than playing a video game! This is the peak of first person shooters on consoles. If you have friends to play with this game is a lot funner but even going solo, the single player tournament has replayability as well as the multiplayer against bots. There are a few mutators not in the original game also that add to that. There was downloadable content for this game but I don't know if that is possible to acquire now. Anyone who has never played Unreal Championship or any Unreal Tournament games should definitely try this as it is very cheap to acquire now.

Boom.
This is an excellent bit of quick action. Designed around its multiplayer experience, this shooter features fast respawns, obvious objectives, amusing dialogue, and more. It is an excellent party game for people who enjoy cartoonish gore, silly taunts, and easy-to-understand controls. I use it to unwind.
