We actually informed on first message that Amazon shipping did have the package. All orders are shipped within 1 business day, and this was no different, ordered 5th. Shipped and picked up 6th. However, it appears carrier lost package. We refunded your order and advised you we were filing claim with shipping company.

I still am giving this positive review in hopes that seller will just be a little more cautious with better packaging and proper advertising. I did reach out to send seller a message on my issue. Shipping was fast just needs some paper inside to not allow items to bounce around!
