When questioning the possibility of return and replacement for a different colour, seller actually despatched required colour for free of charge. I’ve offered sending the unwanted item back but they asked to keep it so I will now gift it to whoever needs / wants it. Very happy with the customer service, recommend in the future 💯

More significantly, the seller did not pay for delivery and charged it back to me- an additional £3.50. It was advertised as free delivery. Had I know this, I would not have ordered. Quite disgusting. This item wasn’t worth it for me when they’re selling them for less than half the price in Aldi at the moment. Will not buy from seller again.
