I will mount this 3rd reader on the Lightspeed base.

Absolutely as it appears in the photos to include Directions and Program disk. Ensure everything you need is in the photo. I did not get any cables or connector cords or ink. They were not pictured. When questioned the Company offered a full refund without hesitation I appreciated that. I am still looking forward to purchasing from them again. My item was still high quality and excellent condition. Thank you.
