Much improved sound quality.
I installed these in a '08 Crew cab Silverado. Took a little custom fitting since the original speakers are GM specific pods and I did not get aftermarket mounting brackets; I just made my own mounting rings. All that aside, the sound quality of these Rockford R165x6.5 3-ways are 10 times better that the original, almost decade old, speakers that came with the truck. I just did a straight up replacement with no amp and the difference in volume and quality is like day in night. Honest review
Good quality sound. Not much better than my factory Honda speakers. Was hoping for more highs but factory ones were pretty good. No amp just ran off deck. Only benefit is my woofer from factory was a Lil dostorted but OK in general. Had Polk audio 2 piece with seperate crossover in truck and those were way better. Great Rockford speakers
I always choose Rockford for any of my cars. Can’t beat the price and sound, I always recommend them. The covers look better than any other brands especially when they’re color matched

Installed in my 2000 Toyota Celica, powered by a JVC head unit. These speakers are worth the money, quality is good and they sound pretty decent. 10x better than my factory speakers were. My only input is, the bottom end isn't very pronounced- but that's what subs are for. Best BANG for your buck!!
For an rms of 45 watts, they are comparable to Memphis audio components. Clear even at high volumes, no distortion when the bass comes in, and the highs are clear. All around a great speaker. But I didnt expect anything less from RF.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Worked in my 2004 chevy Silverado
