Warped base makes pan spin
While this is a good quality -made item, it is less useful than I had hoped because the base/bottom surface is warped and pan therefore spins on the burner while I am cooking. It has to be used carefully.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Gift for someone else.
Bought this as a Mother's Day gift. More expensive pan than we have bought in the past. Liked the idea it could go from stove top to oven................have not used it as yet. Time will tell. Worth the money
This is a quality, heavy duty cookware. It is comfortable to hold. The heat distributes quickly and evenly throughout the pan. The handle is designed in such a way that not too much heat reaches your hand (although hot pads are always recommended). It does have some heft to it, but not unmanageable.
