It was obviously packed by someone who hadn't washed their hands after removing the part. Also, the metal tabs on the radiator were bent because the wrap was done so tightly. I had to straighten them with pliers and they were never quite straight. It's a cast aluminum part, so bends aren't good.decent experience, but beware if they're shipping something fragile.

When received plugged in fan did not work, contacted the company. They asked a few questions and was told by the company that they would return my money because of the faulty item A+ .The only problem that I had was that I was out of my $43.00 dollars from Canada post that I had to pay taxes and handling charges on top of eBay price that I have to pay and not sellers fault . Not sure if I will use eBay again..

I have two motorcycle trips planned in the next few days, and could not risk the pump getting delayed by USPS. Responded VERY quickly, gave me a price, sent invoice, and I paid it. This all happened in 24 hours - great service!!! I received the pump Tuesday, packed so well that I think the plane could have just dropped it. I just test rode the bike and works like new. Thank you Motorcycle Guys!
