    Vendor never mailed this book. I contacted vendor after it should have arrived. Vendor emailed that he had been in hospital and would mail it right away. After two more weeks (4 total) I had not received the book so I contacted him again, but got no reply this time. I turned it over to eBay and they said vendor could not provide proof of mailing so eBay gave me a refund.
