  The seller shipped quickly and we received the item quickly. Unfortunately, the column arrived broken and packed in a box (not a crate), wrapped in trash bags and bubble wrap. Disappointed, we contacted the vendor who asked for photos, but happily refunded 100% of our money. They further commented that they had been having trouble with the shipping company and were going to open a complaint with them. I sent them more photos and scanned them shipping documents.

  Seller was not communicative. After I purchased the item he said he had to make sure it was in stock, then stopped communicating. Then he claimed they were unavailable on the weekends. So I messaged him again and asked if the item could be overnighted and I got no response. He finally responded after I asked if they were closed in the weekdays as well. The item came in but it was not working.
