There was an issue with the initial shipment (no tracking update) but the seller followed up with the carrier and resolved the issue. The monitor arrived soon after. Thank you to the seller for quickly responding and resolving the issue. There is an issue with the horizontal hold but otherwise the monitor is working very well. Very happy with the purchase and seller. Thank you!

Seller replied explaining that they run into issues sometimes with an unexplained third party and didnt get the item out til the next day. He seemed to be ok with that. As for the damage to the box during shipping i cant control any of that. I went and looked at his feedback and he has negatives agaisnt his account with the same thing he was calling me out for. Be weary of this buyer.

The cabinet was pretty much as described in the write-up, and is a solid piece of (70s?80s?) utility furniture. For my purposes, an excellent value.
