    Just allright

    We had this game on the computer version and my boys loved it (it became my favorite game) we lost the cover (and computer code) and could no longer play the computer version. My youngest son (13 yrs old) wanted this version so he could play on the XBOX. I tried playing it twice - the control is not there like it was on the computer - the veiws wander too much and I cannot highlight a group and direct them like the computer - I have not played it since.

    Excellent game if u like controlling amies, upgrading weapons/armor/defensive structures, controlling powerful heroes. Plain and simple defeat enemy a

    I already knew this was my favorite game of all time, I play it for hours. Its always different, every skirmish.

    Horrible game

    While I have an incredible love for LotR: BME 1, the second installment is just bad. The game lags and crashes so much that it is nearly unplayable at some times. Also, the gameplay is severely changed from the first game. Had I known this, I NEVER would've bought the second one. The games are only similar in that they are both about LotR, and they are both RTS style. After that, the games shift so much that it is just jarring to anyone expecting the first game. I really do NOT recommend this game in any way, unless you're after a copy for collecting purposes.

    Fun and relaxing

    I ordered 2 discs and only received 1. They told me they would send the second but never did and I needed it for a gift! The game itself is good I had played it previously on pc which was better but still ok. It freezes if you try to use a lot of army units all at once though.
