Good quality
This gel pack is more substantial than other gel packs as the cover is not just transparent plastic so I'm not worried about it leaking. It is good quality and also quite long-lasting in use. I haven't tried using as a heated pack as yet - only as a cold pack. I wrap it in a clean tea towel as you shouldn't use it directly on the skin. Excellent pain reliever
I bought 2 of these packs for my knee injuries. They are made of good quality tough material. I bought the larger size and these are great for wrapping round my knees. They gave me great pain relief and helped to reduce the swelling in my knees. They have been a life saver. Great value, works well

These stay cold for longer than any other gel pack ive tried
I have suffered from recurrent headaches for many years, and find ice packs help when used on the back of my neck and or forehead. I have tried many different brands of gel packs and find these are the best ive tried, the exterior is soft yet hard wearing, and it stays cold for hours, especially if using the fabric case that can be purchased for this brand. Excellent item.

Excellent price and product.

Must have for injuries

Great product at a great price

Didn't work at all well.
I'm afraid that this didn't work for me, when trying to warm it up in a microwave the gel had a real problem with hot spots!
