Phone in perfect open box condition as described with Apple warranty remaining through end of 2025. It was also easy to set up and transfer data from my previous phone. Would buy from this seller again!

At first, this was frustrating, but the seller responded, accepted the return, and promised to make it right. I appreciate their willingness to resolve the problem and take responsibility.
