    Little Akward to use

    Good sturdy quality. Makes easy pick up. Item carrying can be unsteady depends on item moving. Once pull straps tight make sure excess strap out of the way can be too long and under your feet. Takes practice using them.

    Makes tough lifting/moving jobs much more possible.

    My friend and I used these straps to move a 600-700 lbs upright piano from one house, onto a trailer, of the trailer, up a 12-step flight of stairs, and up 3 more steps into a doorway. If we didn't have these straps, this job would have been next to impossible. We had a third friend to help with steadying and guidance, but the fact that these straps made moving this large solid wood upright piano possible is proof that these things are legit. These straps will make the moving of a fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher, or most other heavy and awkward household items a breeze. I highly recommend them.

    great on level ground...not so great up ...

    great on level ground...not so great up and down stairs, even with uneven length adjustments... but still a handy device...just not tossing out my hand truck anytime soon.

    Sounds good but....

    I was a new employee at a moving company when I saw this item. It made perfect sense, so I purchased it. And it works great for moving something light to medium weight across a room. But if you have to move, for instance, a sofa up a flight of stairs, it doesn't work. It even shows it working on videos. But in the real world, when you get to the (typically) small landing of the stairs, and have to make a turn to continue up the stairs, you are out of luck with the straps. In almost all cases, you have to end up tilting it one way or another, and you can't do that with the straps. I tried to use them on the job, and everyone ended up telling me to forget it. In the simple situations where it could be used, it was just easier to pick up the item and move it. And as enthusiastic and 'wanting ...

    Back saving and easy to use

    I had back surgery several yrs ago and I move furniture & appliances occasionally at my job as a warehouse worker. I first saw this being used by one of my co-workers who moved a 600lb marble laden dresser with no problem. I immediately ordered one and within 3hrs of receiving it I used it on a job to move a curio cabinet and computer desk. We were able to carry both items up a flight of stairs and get them situated with no issues. I highly recommend getting a set if you need to move anything that's large, bulky, or heavy.
