Very good wide-angle lens with decent macro capability
Used it on a Nikon N80 film SLR with a roll of Kodak Ektachrome in it. Tried three-step bracketing with +1, 0 and -1 stop exposure mostly on close-ups on flowers in bright sunlight as well as in shade. Also tried similar bracketing on sun shining through tall trees, where the star-effect was clearly captured especially at the lower brackets. Excellent Value
I was waiting for the Nikkor 24mm f/1.8g to drop into the price range I wanted and when it finally did, I snapped it up. Crystal clear, no distortion and mounted on my Nikon D7100 DX it gives me a real view 36mm wide angle normal lens. Versatile and sharp lens
