I wouldn't say the quality is necessarily amazing, but it's not super cheapy and it seems fairly sturdy. I'd just be careful with the ball chain and where it's attached, since it's just attached by what's basically a stretchy string. The price is a more than I would assume it would be, but it doesn't bother me since it's coming from across the world and the shipping was free.
