On 15 Apr I sent a message to seller inquiring about my purchase. They responded 15 Apr and assured me that it would be mailed on 16 Apr. It never was shipped! I has to get eBay involved on 17 Apr. The practice of marking a item shipped when it wasn't is lying. It's obvious that the seller never had the item, not the 1st time.
