Does not protect my electronic devices from high voltage

Useless piece of plastic

Still Required An Adaptor
I learned on my first European trip that all European outlets are recessed. So this converter still needed a 220v to 220v adaptor as and extension so the prongs would fit into the outlet. Did not work properly from the very first use!!!
Just had a chance to use the device for the first time in a foreign country with 220V system, and the converter did not work properly from the very first use. Waste of money!
