They have clearly taken time to package the phone well to avoid any issues with damaged and provided a charging cable and the pin tool to open to get the sim card in. This was rated good but the phone hasn't got any blemishes on it. Had the phone charged and working throughout the day today and it is in full working order. I'd recommend this seller and would buy from them again!
