- a***r (757)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzter MonatBestätigter KaufThe item is perfect, but oh dear!- the packaging was poor...On opening the plastic envelope I found the cardboard box containing the plaster was badly damaged on all 4 sides., such that it cannot be closed securely So, full marks for the item itself, but perhaps an outer cardboard wrapping would have been better with the plasters in a plastic bag. Good communication with the seller though when the item didn't arrive on time.

I contacted, tried to give me a 10% refund, I refused, they tried to get me to return to sender instead of paying for return postage! Obviously I disagreed and finally they sent me a return postage label. I had to take photos as I posted and send it to them…still no refund after 10 days of sending, until I opened the case with eBay! It shouldn’t take this, they could have just packaged it properly. Bad service, however communication was quick.
