I now will take it with police as this company is not up to standards?thank you guys for ripping me off 250 pounds and i have no bike. I did pay my bike from early April?End of April -250£&no bike.

As purchaser I was advised to select "collect my item purchased" which would not generate shipping charges on that item. Then I was to inform them to ship it with the other item. This made sense until I searched for the "collect" option regarding shipping. There was no such option and I ended up paying shipping on both items. My parcel arrived with the cassette poking out the side of the box. When I messaged with a problem they said it looks ok on the pictures, no offer of replacement or return. Had to get it checked by 3rd party. Terrible seller, I recommend you buy elsewhere.
