I had asked in advance about this; seller again sold as wrong color and sent as such. When I said I recd wrong one but I needed the keyboard ASAP, they either wanted me to return item or asked me what I believed to be fair refund. I asked $10 but they only offered $7 when they knew I’d already used item. The seller is still offering this same item with wrong description so I felt that $10 refund was fair. I’ve yet to even receive $7 :(

He agreed to cancel the sale even though his posting clearly says no returns. I appreciate his follow up, confirmation and flexibility. I would gladly deal with him again.

It looks incredibly clean with pretty much no scratches or anything cosmetic negative wise. Truly a solid laptop for the price and greatly appreciate the safe packing! This thing couldve withstood a throw if it had to! A+++++ seller
