This book is about the Metropolitan Boston streetcar system of the 1940's operated by the Boston Elevated Railway and its successor, the Metropolitan Transit Authority. Route descriptions of each streetcar line are supplemented by track maps, yard and loop diagrams and nearly 500 photographs, many in color. Some paperwork, including a 2003 letter signed by Bradley H. Clarke, author to Paul Paulsen is included. This large book is in very good condition; the dust cover shows some wear (see photos).
