They do all the programming to your VIN. Features such as automatic parallel parking still work on the new Sync 3 screen. Fantastic upgrade to Sync 2, much snappier and you can now use CarPlay and Android Auto. Comes with all the tools you will need, including a torx driver and a nut driver with handles. Great communication and FAST shipping! China to USA in 4 days!

If you're looking to do a sync 2 to sync 3 upgrade this is absolutely where you need to go. Make sure to save your screen brackets. I unfortunately didn't because I tossed my radio setup a few years ago for an android radio but it's so easy it's literally plug and play and the quality is amazing! Also it shipped from China to South Florida in 2 days!

Everything was included, although the size of the torkx tool was too small (no big deal as I have a full set). Only issue I had with it was that the splash screen was configured correctly (Lincoln Timeless) but the theme was not, it was shipped with the Ford Classic theme. Customer Service was great and quick to respond, took a bit of back and forth but the issue was identified an resolved quickly.

I received it 7 days after ordering which I think was very fast from China to Arkansas! I didn't receive the usb-c hub that is pictured in the listing. The hub that I was sent only has 2 usb-a ports, but a usb-c adapter was included. The missing usb-c port isn't a big deal to me, but if it is to you, you should verify which hub you will be sent before ordering. Great Seller! Thank you!
