Tracking reference didn't show as valid on the Royal Mail website. I chased a couple of times for an update, I finally got a response (08/05) advising "We take information from Courier Service about your parcel then we will contact you". Then on 10/05 I was refunded, with no apology or explanation. A very poor experience, I'd avoid this seller, they're cheap.... but for a reason!

It was held at their depot for several days before being delivered to me. When it arrived it was in a small box carefully packed. The wok is exactly as described. Brand new and of excellent quality. Great value for the price and is perfect for a family of 4. Delighted with this purchase and impressed with the price. Great value !!
