No way could it have been addressed and posted in those two minutes, so to not accept cancellation, saying it had been posted was untrue. It was posted the next day! On the basis of this, I would not recommend buying from your company. Having said all of the above I will be keeping what is a very nice wax jacket.

The hood poppers look to be in the wrong place as they don’t line up very well. But as I will be using a separate hat this isn’t a real problem for me. Quick delivery and well packaged. All in all, I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend. Many thanks
