    Arrived today free of damage, the 2 boxes I got were well packaged. They arrived fairly quickly even though they shipped from Japan. I spoke with the seller after the purchase and he let me know when they would be shipping and he was very pleasant to talk to. And thank you for the crane, that was a nice touch!     Pure quality, and is well worth every dollar.

    This is an extremely high quality unit. It works great with my 7610 running remote. It is really necessary for remote operation with the 7610 or other ICOM rigs that it will work on. It is heavy, has a very smooth knob, and is just great to use. The price on Ebay was the best on the net, and I received it in less than a week.

    High Quality/Useful Accessory

    This is an extremely well made accessory that is made in Japan. It is especially useful for Icom radios with dual watch and split functions, dual receivers. It would also make a wonderful gift for a HAM Radio enthusiast.

    The best HF radio remote control system.

    Excellent way to remote control Icom HF radio. Using it with second hand Lenovo X240 touch screen laptop Easy to touch activity in bandscope to jump to right frequency. Just added Icom RC28 remote control knob to make it even nicer to use.

    Icom RC-28 remote encoder knob

    This remote encoder has a nice heavy base which keeps in in place during use. The tuning knob has a nice smooth action.

    Well made and a delight to use

    I always thought this was over priced but I do not regret buying it. I now use it in preference to the vfo knob on the front of the radio. I find that tuning with the controller a lot easier because the tuning knob is sitting on the desk near to hand. Also it works very well with the remote software.
