These water alarms are really easy to se...
These water alarms are really easy to set up. The come with working AA batteries. I’ll get another triple alarm set for our house and a third set for an Airbnb rental.

It works well
The water leak sensors look robust, and well made. The set up with the hub and the app is a breeze. I wish it had google home integration. I had it integrated to Alexa, but I do not use Alexa. How long will the batteries last ? Time will tell. At least they are AA type batteries, not 9V or 12V batteries that the old leak detectors I have,.

Works Well but Requires 2.4 GHz Wifi
This product needs a 2.4 GHz wifi signal to connect to. I don't recall seeing that bit of information in the description. It took a while for me to change my router to push out the 2.4 GHz in addition to the 5.0 GHz everything else is on. Other than that, it seems to work just fine. I like that the volume of the siren can be adjusted.

Product works and will save u from water disasters.
This product saved my basement from water damage. Places by hot water heater and it went off late in afternoon. My iPhone buzzed and I was able to react and check out the reason. Sure enough it was leaking. I have these sensors anywhere water could leak.
