    This is a MUST read

    This book should be a MUST read for anyone that is in church leadership. Fact is, it should be a MUST for all adult Sunday School classes at least once every 2-3 years. Conflicts would decrease, conflict resolution and reconciliation would increase and there would be more peace in the church and less division. This book has great examples, great illustrations of what really works and thoroughly covers the peacemaking process and how your part needs to be played out.

    an honest life saver.

    this book does great at pulling out practical application for modern day from the Bible this book holds Jesus as the Ideal example and gives insight on how imperfect people can imitate it to restore relationships of all sorts.

    How to communicate well

    I'm not completely finished, but this is an excellent book to help you out with conflict situations. Very biblically based with lots of practical ideas. The questions at the end of the chapters are hard hitting. They make you think. It's well laid out by subject matter and worth the read.
