The box and DVDs are beautifully made, and the quality of sound and image is very good. I can listen to the Japanese and English dub, both with all the original Voice Actors of course, and I can choose from various subtitles. A very precious addition to my Black Butler collection. Highly recommended!

However, koeloon had answered my request really fast and tried to help me even though I'm living in a different country. Thanks to that I was able to receive the item with no further problems. The item arrived in top quality. Due to the fact that its a Christmas present I can't say much to the quality of the dvds yet, but I'm sure it will meet our expectations and therefore I would definitely buy from koeloon again. It got here way quicker than I expected and the packaging was very good. It had never been opened and all of the dvds run on my DVD player. The only one that didn't was the actual movie, but at the price I got it all I didn't even mind that the movie didn't play. Would definitely buy from them again!
