I would recommend this seller. I had a small issue related to the transaction... I would categorize it as an unintentional error related to the quantity shipped... the seller's customer service remedied the issue very quickly. You usually get what you pay for and I went cheap on this purchase. It's hard plastic and it comes rolled up (which is understandable for shipping purposes) so, if it's been rolled up for any amount of time inside the box, it's extremely difficult to get it flat. I cut mine in half to use in two different locations. Another thing that doesn't work too well (once again, because it's a hard plastic) is if you're running a thicker cord through this concealer. One piece I'm running a appliance extension cord through (which are wider than your average extension cord) and, while the cord fits fine when you placing it inside, it doesn't want to lay flat when you put the concealer in place. The tape does help (which mine didn't come with) but the edges of the concealer still don't lay flat ... You usually get what you pay for and I went cheap on this purchase. I tried laying the concealer under a filing cabinet for a week to flatten it out, heavy boxes, one end of the concealer under a full work desk.....it never really flattened out. The tape does help, but I would recommend spending a little more and purchasing a concealer that's a softer rubber, instead of hard plastic, so it's not as much of a trip hazard.

This product is absolutely garbage. It comes tightly coiled, which, I combated by using heat to relax it and then I laid it flat under my bed for over a week before placing on our floors. Then we went to lay the cord cover down on a perfectly clean floor (we rubbed down the wood AND the cord protector with running alcohol before applying the double sided tape) and we realize there is barely enough tape I'd say for a quarter of the amount of cord cover. We had to ration it so we could lay the entire length down (we cut it in half and used it in 2 different locations). Even then, there was not enough and we used other double sided tape we had on hand. Then in less than a week, the double sided tape Belkin had provided had pulled entirely away from the cord protector and left us a big, ... This product is absolutely garbage. little trouble
Had a little trouble getting the item to stick fast to the rug. Had to use something stronger than the provided adhesive, but the cord concealer itself was great.

Great Cord Protector
Does a great great job protecting my Cat5E DSL cable. Comes with a double-sided tape if you want to secure it to the carpet or flooring. At 6 feet, I cut in half and used across 2 door-ways to run a 30' cable. Only drawback was the cord concealer took a while to lay flat due to the coiled-cord in the box. I just but some heavy books on top for a while and it took the coil out. The product is quite strong and is a great cord protector.Does a great great job protecting my Cat5E DSL cable.
